What kind of results can I expect? Honestly, it all depends on where you are starting from and what your goal is. What’s a typical day at camp like? That’s a tough one. But let’s say this: it’s always an adventure and it’s always fun. Each workout is intentionally different as to keep your body guessing and to keep it burning fat! You can expect resistance training, light running (although some campers never run due to pre-existing conditions), kettlebell and core training, and much more. We’ll educate you on proper form and we place a lot of emphasis on core strength.
How often can I attend? Breakfast Bootcamp is held every Monday, Wednesday and Friday day Monday – Saturday. We suggest that you attend at least four or five days a week, but you can still achieve incredible results if you attend just three days per week.
What if I can’t attend all of the classes offered? Hopefully you’ll agree that a little exercise is better than no exercise at all. So if you can’t make it to all of the classes, try your best to attend at least three days per week. We’ve seen campers achieve phenomenal results with just two to three days per week as long as they adhered to our nutrition program.
What if it rains, or there is inclement weather? Doesn’t matter. Breakfast Bootcamp is held indoors. When the weather gets nice, we’ll take it outside on occasion, but the minute the weather turns bad, we’re back inside!
Will I be sore? In the beginning, you will be. Most people feel some type of soreness for the first 2-3 days. After that, it is slight to moderate. It’s all part of the process to let you know that your body is changing for the better!
What do I need to bring? Just bring a water bottle and a great attitude! We provide all the equipment, motivation and training you need. When and if we go outside, we may ask you to bring a towel or a mat, but we’ll let you know in advance.
When does the next camp start? Our camps never end. This is a lifestyle change. We want you to make exercise a habit. How can you make it a habit, if you have to start and stop. Our camps run 6 days per week, 52 weeks per year.
