Breakfast BootCamp is held each day (Monday-Saturday) at Tyson’ Playground. Tyson’s Playground is Northern Virginia’s premier indoor sports training facility. With over 14,000 sq. ft., we never run out of room for motivated trainees. The address is:

What to expect.
We like to say “Expect the Un-expected”, but with that being said, there is a method to our madness. We don’t make you run, do burpees and lunges like crazy to get you tired and then call it a workout. No. We have strategically designed our bootcamps so that you can attend EVERYDAY and consistently make progress. We also feel that it is very important that you know what you’ll be missing in case you can’t attend any particular day so that you may plan your schedule accordingly. So here is what you can expect to be doing on a daily basis:
Monday, Wednesday and Friday
These are our strength training days. You can expect integrated workouts using your own bodyweight, dumbbells, kettlebells, bands, TRX suspension trainers and more. Reps, weights and rest intervals will vary each day thus allowing you to workout with us each day without fear of overtraining.
Classes are held at 515am, 615am, 930am on these days.
Tuesday & Thursday
These are our Core and Cardio interval training days. You can expect very FUN workouts using our prowlers, sleds, tires, sledgehammers and so much more. Our objective here is flat abs, tight buns and cardiovascular endurance for days.

This is Kick-Butt Bootcamp. Let’s face it. In order for you to get out of bed early on a Weekend morning… It better be worth it! So this is the day we break out all the fun stuff!
First, we’ll warm up with a little game of Dodgeball or kickball just to take you back to your childhood days when fun was then name of the game when we were exercising.
Then we’ll throw anything and everything at you to end your week right.
Bands, ropes, prowlers, kettlebells…everything is fair play.
